To ensure proper organisation, please save your file with the following format: Paper ID_Name of presenter (e.g., IGEC238_Sarath). Also, mention paper ID and name of the presenter in the message box to ensure proper organisation.

Abstract/paper submission (New Submission No Longer Accepted):
The International Association for Green Energy encourages you to submit an abstract for presentation at the 15th Annual International Green Energy Conference (IGEC-XV). The goal of the conference is to exchange ideas on energy systems and technologies that reduce or eliminate environmental impacts and have a positive economic and social impact. Professionals and students are eligible to submit an abstract or a paper.

Oct. 1, 2022: Submission system opens
Feb. 28, 2023: Abstract/Paper submission due (extended)
Mar. 15, 2023: Notification of acceptance (extended)
April 30, 2023: Submission of revised paper
April 30, 2023: Early bird registration due
June 10, 2023: Regular registration due
July 10-13, 2023: Conference date
To be eligible for Conference Proceedings, awards competitions, and special issue opportunities:
A full paper must be submitted by April 30, 2023;
A presenter of the paper must be registered with fee payment by June 10, 2023.

How To Submit an Abstract/Paper

Word/Page Limit
Abstracts must be no longer than 500 words and less than one page.
Full-length papers typically vary from 4 to 10 pages and must be within 12 pages.
Abstract/Paper Review and Selection
Abstracts/Papers will be reviewed according to the following criteria:
Conference Scope: Is the submission within the scope of the conference?
Original Data and Results: What are the results, impact, and outcomes?
Relevance, Impact, and Importance: What are the implications of the findings? Why is this abstract important to the environment, economy, and society?
Quality of Abstract: The abstract must be well-written and demonstrate thought and attention to detail. The abstract must be clearly written with background, clear and sound methodology, original data and results, as well as a conclusion.
All accepted abstracts/papers are required to be presented orally, and decisions are final based on the abstract/paper submitted by the deadline.
Conference Proceedings
All accepted abstracts will be published in the Conference Proceedings available during the Conference and included in the registration package.
